Reserved studio assets

AVS reserves its rights in its brand identifiers, talent names and codes, human-authored character and casting systems, campaign concepts, copy, art direction, edits, selections, arrangements and other protectable studio materials.

Prohibited uses

• Downloading, reproducing, republishing, reselling or commercially displaying portfolio assets.
• Scraping or adding AVS assets to datasets, model training, fine-tuning or embedding systems.
• Reverse-engineering or recreating a substantially similar talent identity or derivative character.
• Impersonating AVS talent or creating accounts, endorsements or product claims in their names.
• Removing studio marks, attribution, provenance information or usage notices.

Client licenses

Clients receive only the media, term, territory and channels stated in a signed campaign license. The underlying synthetic talent identity is not transferred unless an agreement expressly says otherwise.
